A minor quibble: burned?

Maybe it seemed so at the time, but my impression is that Hasbro paid much less for the acquisition than GT would have paid -- so the failure of the acquisition was perhaps good luck. GT did a lot of purchasing with stock when its stock was higher, and those deals ought to look pretty good (arguably, it bought real companies with its own inflated shares). But perhaps you have some insights why those deals don't seem to be paying off as well as perhaps GT hoped.
