went out to raise $50 million, AND! two days before Ziff went public. They figured their actions would force Ziff to Abort the offering,and
redo the Registration Statement. They said well we are suing you for
$200million for stealing our dream, but heh we will settle for $15.0
million, HUSTLE! BLACKMAIL! BLACKMAIL! Wink! Wink!
Apparently SoftBank/Ziff just told them to take a dump. We should be
glad this criminal,extortive, sore loser arseholes are no longer
running anything that resembles an Internet Co.
