Never shorted DGIV. Dont know Analyst. I believe his point was that DGIV ran up on stock promoters pumping and now there are none. Obviously whoever did the releases is now gone (usually the promoters). Now they are trying to hire someone to do releases/PR stuff. Makes sense?
