Gerry, Kid1, you seem to know the new direction that management is taking. Yes, I do and I am happy with it. I am neither a spokesperson for the company nor do I want to come across as a hypster. I said it before and I'll say it again: Call the IR guy. His name is Shawn DeMille and it won't cost you a dime to call him at 1-800-811-6622. Please do your own DD and make up your own mind. please respect my holding of CRH wether I like it or not. Not sure what you mean. Either you like it and keep it or you don't like it and sell it. Negative comments without valid reasons will get you a big fat zero. Get the facts, tell me why you don't like them and I'll be happy to discuss them with you. Telling me that there is no substance to the company just doesn't cut it. Come on, let's be realistic: If you are one the "lucky" ones who bought CRH in the quarry times, you'd be much better off to help with the current rebuilding efforts instead of venting your frustrations. Best kidl PS: Look at SI averages: 75 lurkers for every contributor. Are you doing yourself a favour by bashing without the facts?
