To have a countersuit you must first have a suit. Since when did AZNT sue Wellrich? Let's first see if Rich_1 is bluffing about Wellrich being sued as part of that alleged 120 page court case he says he has. Seems that he and Bmart are into playing games here. Heck, Bmart can't even type a single sentence from a license agreement to prove there is any degree of exclusivity in it. Meanwhile, to prove I had it I even posted it on the internet for all to see.

You know I talk to people. You also know I use my real name when I call. So, feel free to go behind my back, call some people, and ask if they've talked to me. At least by doing so some people here will be able to contribute more than just heap insults at people like Ron Reece who bring up legitimate concerns about AZNT's ability to deliver on their promises. Speaking of promises... what's the next deadline for the short squeeze? LOL.
