Dilution is not necessarily permanent or something that cannot be overcome, and I am hoping, just like everyone else, that the price rises to a point where I can at least exit even. If OLEX starts bringing in significant revenues, the dilution will be insignificant. I do strongly think that the recent decline, however, was mostly secondary to entities dumping their shares that they had been given by OLEX for acquisitions. I don't recall the exact figures, but the float is significantly higher than it was in the not too distant past. The exact figures can be obtained anytime from OLEX's Transfer agent. I talked to MH a couple of weeks ago, and he was disappointed in the fact that mgt had traded so many shares, with few restrictions, for acquisitions. He felt that was the main problem with the stock at that point, and I agree. He also feels that the stock will eventually make it back up past $1.00, and I also think that will probably happen. |
