Marty, you loquacious guy you. I have no disagreement with what you say [so why post, you may ask...] I am currently in Taiwan, and watch the Hang Seng as an indicater of what the Wall Steet lambs are going to do. NY watches HK, HK watches NY, Europe watches both and nobody thinks. I'm thinking we should devalue the indexes [not the companies in the indexes, just the indexes]. 250 point drop is scary. A 3% drop is minor. Both are the same, but our little minds [the little part that resides near the base of the brain] can't seem to grasp that. Hang Seng is up, so far, 274.
