Instead of complaining... consider that most others feel just like you about Vertel stock at this price. Which at least in part explains the price way down here. Isn't this a good time to be a contrary investor, and buy what amounts to a perpetual option for under a buck? Why not go to the Vertel thread and look around. Then go to the TMN '99 site and look some more. Then consider the long-term options which are being offered (common stock). Looks like a good deal to me. But then I could be wrong. So, judge for yourself. Good luck.
