I share your sentiments.
I would suggest you call few people at the company. Have a list of all the hard question that you want answered. Ask the questions, and insist on getting answers. Make your decision based on how they respond to your questions, what their answers are, and if those answers appear credible to you.
I would suggest that you at least talk to Dr. Cheng, John Gorman, David Pawlak, and John Mason.
I have done the same. I realize that there are no guaranties. However, based on what I have learned, I am confident that I am making the right decision by staying long. Consequently, as of today I have the same approx. the same number of shares as I had before the reverse split.
