I thought that it was kind of strange that the share price should languish near the 52 week low when another milestone in the E-Data lawsuits is approaching. Is this a sign of negativity for GIFT, or is it just getting swept downstream with other stocks as the market gyrates everytime a certain public figure of note hints at the word "overvalued"... What will be the next step after the Dec 20th conference ? This is to assess if the supplemental submission from E-Data is adequate, is it not? Will a Markman hearing be scheduled soon(ish) or will we see more legal manouvring to delay procedings (and rack up billable hours...). I'm kind of in the dark in this part of the world, so any enlightenment would be most appreciated. Regards, Durro
