You guys are optimistic, I like that! However, as I understood Birck on the cc, if they could get the deal done by Sept 9th they wouldn't have to redo the SEC filing. Maybe I misunderstood. With all the uncertainty surrounding this merger it seems to me that Wall Street could shop elsewhere until the dust settles. Let's hope not.
