Flick: it's a long epistle. Bottom line is that he says we hit his minimum decline point (7390) intraday. The message: I predicted it, it happened. OK, I'll give him that!! He says "we have seen a bottom" but not "THE bottom." "AS long as we stay above 7400 we would give the upsdie the benefit of the doubt." Two things are clear from the report: in the next few days anything can happen. After Labor Day, we go to new lows.
