Many companies are nervous about disclosing their Y2K information and hold outside consultants to non-disclosure covenants. Tava may be bound by some restrictions in publicizing the existence of some contracts.

You may want to read the URL beneath, which I posted some time ago, that discusses proposed legislation which would indemnify companies that disclose, accurately, what they know about their Y2K problems and which share information with other companies. If enacted, this would probably eliminate the need for non-disclosure covenants in contracts with outside consultants such as Tava.
