Martin, I believe the very smallest BB stocks that don't meet the NASDEX requirements to list fully can be non-reporting. They don't have to file the quarterly and yearly reports. I for the life of me don't know why ANY public traded company can be non-reporting. I'm not an expert but I know alot of investers won't even touch a company that doesn't report. Tom D.
