Good morning Brian, I am as a rule a tech investor,however even tho Business Daily had a small article on front page Aug 28 issue{cant find it now},re: debt in Russia 160 million,I think it was too good an opportunity to pass up I have made out very well last two years investing in this bank on a trading basis. I sold all in Jan. at 95 . It went to 115 and split. I was prepared to stay away but it kept popping up on my c.p.with Quicken so had to pay attention I bot yesterday at 36. In early a.m. it was down to 34. Closed at 38. I think it a good bet now so cheap,even tho it goes a bit lower,it looks to be a $ maker. Good luck, Eliz2
