Good morning all. The delays in filings bother me also, no doubt. The company says they're working on them, I give them the benefit of the doubt. What further concerns me is that no buyers of any size have stepped up to the plate at these price levels. To heck with the MM manipulation theories, if no one of any size is buying at these levels then I have a concern. Yesterday there was decent sized selling in the afternoon as the rest of the market rallied up 250 pts. I'm amazed the MM's didn't tank the price even more than they did. Good luck to all. Mark
