They are trying to remove that POS Geller, who has done nothing for this company except bluster to shareholders at the annual meeting how his "friends" at Goldman Sucks and Montfuckum Secs would be big buyers when we launched for revs.
For the above they have my blessings and support, however as a broker I am restriced by those minions of public good at the SEC as to what I can recommend my clients do, those a**holes feel entrenched mgmt has a right to screw shareholders and a brokers must file a billion forms to try to oust incompetence
