Please remember that a lot of their ventures after huge stock gains, have returned to earth. That's what I believe Amzn is currently doing. You mentioned L. John Doerr. This man has a wonderful record of selling huge amounts of stock at its peak. If you check Edgar, I believe you'll find out that he did it again with Amzn. Did you?
