Graham, excellent question. You might want to ask a patent attorney or a good law librarian how you can obtain the court filings. They wont tell you how the judge is going to rule, but you may be able to assess the merits on your own if you can get through the gobbledegook. Of course, most such cases are settled on the courthouse steps.

I have not been overly excited by the manufacturing side, but am more interested in what the laser surgery centers are doing.
