Regarding per seat charges, this is what it says in their press release last week: opentext.com AVAILABILITY AND DISTRIBUTION Pricing begins at $62,500 for a basic Livelink Intranet server, which includes Livelink Library (document management repository), Livelink Search engine (for searching the Livelink Library), Livelink Workflow, Livelink Collaboration and Netscape FastTrack Server. I'm not sure what the per seat charge is, but it is definitely high end software. Maybe they are working on a product aimed at the low end of the market? They used to sell Internet Anywhere, an Internet startup kit for individuals, which was aimed at the low end. I don't think the margins were there so they dropped it.
