I'm still watching.I think for now this is a broken stock. They need higher shareprices for their plan. Need to see the dust settle, Would rather not be too brave and see a recovery for RECY in place first. Although it is very tempting here. Probably going to get a point pop here just on technicals, but then could see a revisit of current levels IMO.
