You have to keep in mind that, at least in the case of FSTW, trading volume is so small as to greatly magnify the effect of "noise." Even in the last couple of days of above-average volume, one or two scared sellers probably accounted for most of the stock offered. Once they are gone (either calmed down, or out of their positions,) I predict that FSTW will rebound. If the overall market holds up well, the rebound could begin as early as today. ;-)
