FYI... Here is a response from Robert Putnam in regards to the 19+ million shares which were recently registered... Scott These were shares that were talked about at last year's annual shareholders meeting. We talked of registrations that would be affected if shareholder approval was granted on the increase of the authorized shares; with the approval of the shareholders, the increase in the number of shares was authorized and this registration was a part of the reason for the increase. I continue to look at the market cap of the company, which I believe, is much lower than it should be based on our recent Intel agreement and our contract with Lanier.
