Tom, This may have been expected. I agree that no one is going to roll over on a $60 mil suit, but this is NOT A GOOD THING. The gloves are strapped on in both camps, and it appears there is going to be a lot of sparring here. This is BAD for JNNE. It takes their focus off of current operations, and will be costly in terms of prospective "new" investors. Litigation is ALWAYS a bad thing for a company in the short term. I own a ton of this stock, and hope I am wrong. The reality of this situation has me believing we are going to be holding in this price range for an extended period of time. Just an opinion from a frustrated shareholder! Tom Dorsey
