CGZ is mainly in the "implementations" part of the business. That is, after the strategy has been developed by someone else, they make it happen. So they are more than an IT staffer, and enjoy better margins for that reason.

As for Y2k, I think everyone that can help will be involved, if only indirectly, next year. It's a good way to develop new relationships, and to get to know a companys' entire system well.

They have been looking hard at acquisitions, but are being smart about it, making sure to do only accretive deals (opposite of dilutive).

I hear July and August have been right on target, so the selling makes no sense. There are no problems I hear, from sources close to the company.
And I know there are a couple of institutions that like it alot, just waiting for a bottom--who could have predicted it'd trade this low? Makes no logical sense whatsoever--purely technical.
