I was hoping to learn more from them about their counter suit. Looks like they are not going to tip their hand too soon. Their PR was very short and to the point. No fluff. Looks like the gloves are off to me and I also consider this bad for JNNE. The smaller company usually comes out on the short end of the stick. This is indeed a wait and see situation. We now need to see the form 10 and SEC filing more than ever if this stock is going to recover. Hope they stay on track with the projected October time frame or we will see even more downward price pressures. Kevin
