Bruce, are you aware that there is software available that allows the scanner to perform what is called a "fly through" of the coronary arteries? Using this procedure one can measure the percentage of blockage. I'm not sure if this capability is widely used as of this time. I had a scan one year ago, and got a very poor score. So, I am now under the care of a cardiologist and placed on medication. When I return for my next visit, I'm going to ask for a re-scan that uses the fly-through procedure. Don't know if its available at my hospital as of this time...will find out. I want to know if the medication has been able to reverse some of the plaque in my arteries.

I believe that the scanner using the fly-through capability will replace the angiography procedure. Of course, this assumes that all the political problems can be over come.

By the way, I was a "self referral" patient...only went for the scan because of family history. I sure would recommend that everyone over the age of forty take the scan.

Stock Bull

PS: Its just to bad that the stock doesn't reflect the potential use of the scanner. However, Wall Street looks only for growth, profit, and stock buy backs.

PPS: Here's the link to the site where you can view the fly-through. If you have a problem, let me know.
