This would be a strong (as in accretive) acquisition. Analyst Kurt
Alexander at Media Group Research in Boston thinks a deal, if true,
can be made in cash. The California-based company is profitable and
has worked with Electronic Arts and other top publishers in the
industry. Take a look at the board of directors at Crystal & their
links to the interactive/movie industry in the U.S.

Hopefully EIDOS will meet the First Call estimate calling for a loss
of (-33) cents. Goldman Sachs may be expecting a bigger loss in Q1,
but even that would be an impovement over last year's comps. There
is a conference call at 9:00 a.m. before the market opens in the US.
