Greg,

The NAIC site looks informative for a small investor like me.
I would be interested in their comments on DS and OMGI (now OMP).
I am a value investor that bought DS as a small part of my
portfolio in Nov. 1994 (@14 5/8). The company has a very diversified
product line/customers. During the "semi slump" DS quarterly
sequential sales increased and note that in the last quarterly
report inventories decreased.

With continued good fundamentals (sales, widening margins) the stock
will probably hit its high from last year(24 7/8) after which
in a technical sense there is no overhead supply/resistance. IMHO
$32-36 12-18 months.
