Chuca, Progress will come when there is something to establish that the company is working in the best interest of share holder value. I think that is all anyone is looking for. I wish I had suggestions on how to do that in the near term. Mr. Runyon et al will have to re-establish the feeling of trust at this point and I certainly hope that progress is being made along those lines right now. The trust and fundamamentals will have to bring in new investment and the vail of doubt will have to be removed and then we will move up with additional interest in the company. Chuck
