"I got no response to my question, so I assumed that everyone thought it was terribly naive."

Hi Barbara,
Didn't mean to ignore your question, but I'm not sure ARTT is in as much trouble as some here assume, so wasn't sure how to answer. I think Mark probably knows ARTT as well as anyone, and probably better than most, so I tend to agree with him. They've told you they're financed through their first three city buildout. Also, I don't have any evidence that WinStar has put any offers on the table. They're probably in no worse shape than WinStar was a year and a half ago when the stock dropped to 9 3/4. And Rouhana told us nothing. We floundered for months and never heard anything from the company. And what if at that time AT&T had put an offer for 14 on the table. Would us shareholders have been screaming for him to take it just because our stock price was sliding? Probably not.

So I don't think we have enough facts to make any judgements. We don't know what the ARTT board knows. We don't who might be waiting to provide financing or engage in some type of deal. We don't know if WinStar really is trying to deal. And I don't think it's the boards responsibility to tell shareholders of such things. So I'm not sure if their really is any reason to critisize ARTT management at this point. I think most here would support WinStar management if they were in a similar boat, as they were and as we did a year and a half ago.

PS I don't own any ARTT now, so it's easy for me to say. If I'd held what I've owned in the past, I might be singing a different tune.
