There is nothing wrong with the company selling stock as long as
the funds are used to further the business plan. ADOT has yet to sell product so they have no income. Their only source of revenue is the
sale of stock.
With so many of these BB stocks the revenue is used to line the CEO's pocket. There new plant seems to be a huge improvement from the last. It sounds as though they are moving forward. Time will tell.
