Wednesday December 18 9:19 AM EST Action Tech wins patent judgment vs Novell( Novell Inc ) ALAMEDA, Calif., Dec 18 (Reuter) - Action Technologies Inc , a developer of work-flow software, said a U.S. federal court had granted its motion for summary judgment against Novell Inc in a case involving Novell's GroupWise product. Action said the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California had ruled that certain technologies used in Novell's GroupWise are covered by the claims of one of Action's patents. The motion arises out of a suit brought by Action against Novell on November 16, 1995, the company said.
