RB, thanks for the info. It really didn't concern me when FSTW fell with the market, but does concern me that it is lagging behind on the rebound as are many quality small (micro) caps. As you suggested, it is beginning to look better today. Maybe it is just a time lag effect. Looks like Dow is headed back over 8000.
