VRTS US$ 48

Calculaton with 1'555'000 shares stock swap deal:

48$ x 1'555'000 = 74'640'000 US$

74'640'000 / 11'688'250 (TBP shares outstanding fully diluted)

= 6.40 US$ per TBP share

6.40 x 1.54 = Can$ 9.80
