REB: The depressed market may actually help RECY get better deals... These Mom and Pop Recyclers have owners near retirement... In today's market environment you won't see Metals Mgmt or Phillips doing much buying... RECY will take advantage if this Buyers market to get the best deals... The Owners of these Mom and Pops are not getting any younger... They'll be eager to make concessions since the number of suitors has dwindled... Even the mighty Phillips may find itself being Acquired... RECY has a very strong credit line to close as many deals as it feels are in the best interests of the company and its shareholders... The country will always need Steel... Jim
