A limited business objective which plays into your strengths in a market environment which is already receptive to your proposed solutions. Given resources which are constrained (they always are) something like this may be the only path for an innovation to take hold. There is a sense in which, given the CURRENT: product technology, communications capability and the internet pricing model, there may never be an internet digitized video services for the mass consumer .... as we know it now. If this limited objective meets with demonstrated success then other adaptations could follow on which are done on a partnered, royalty or customer basis. However, this is another matter which has little bearing on the present issue. In the final analysis, most issues are very simple and they come down to practical choice from among what is already in front of you. Ed Perry
