This is the beginning of Far East climbing out of the slumps. With the yen no longer dropping, I believe the Far East problem has hit bottom. Russia is another thing all together, but if US has to re-arm, that's good for business. Latin America, that's will take a little more doings.

IMHO ss long as the stock market does not drop further and create its own consumer spending problem in the US, I see the bottom as now.
