Hi toma. .and they refute the original "proven" value as unsubstantiated, it would seem that GE would have to walk away, or perhaps run - with the SEC on their heels. they don't appear to have the resources to continue. plus, what other top rated firm would want to touch it...
Not really, toma! If perchance the original proven value is not substantiated. GE will be given opportunity to refute BD's(or whomever) findings. The SEC has question with the report, but they have not filed formal charge, nor could they without giving GE an opportunity to clear their name! As far as $$ is concerned, there is always somebody out there willing to finance ....for a price!
PS when saying "been their" I was referring to a specific place, like their not "there" nor "thar"! so when saying been "there", you are referring to some place! I was not, I was "their", in a specific place. I remember the place very clearly, because while "their", I lost my shirt!<gggg>
