GH: I thought we would have heard about referenced financing by now, as well. I would put the likelihood of conversion at this time as 1/1000th of 1 percent. The strike price will be above current market. I also don't recall the time provisions in the agreement. We should hear soon...the hold up, according to my info, is that the lawyers are putting the document to bed.
