Sea Eye and the Tracker are where I have held my hopes lately. You would think that if there is really good news coming down the pike that we would see a rise in volume and price. Despite all the SEC rules about insider info, we have all seen stocks rise before news comes out. With a one man operation like Tilton's, maybe he is able to keep news very close to the vest. Of course there is always the possibility that MMs have been bringing the price down to load up before a good run.
