Jim, I had a long and very good talk with the head of IR for SSGI. This was a big possibility, but they were hoping that the NASDAQ would wait until the merger was completed before making the decision. I was assured that this in no way was affecting the merger. It is all ahead full steam. It should be completed by end of October. However, one the merger is completed, it will be a couple of months before the applications for reinstatement to NASDAQ will be done. Ah well... More as I get it. Tomato Man
