Fresh'n Lite, Inc. Announces Build to Suit Financing Commitment
LONGVIEW, Texas, Sept. 2 /PRNewswire/ -- Fresh'n Lite, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: FLTT - news) announced today that Mid States Realty, L.L.C. has provided a letter of commitment to provide all the necessary capital and financing to build to suit a number of Street Talk Cafe restaurants in the greater Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex.
Henry Leonard, President of the company stated: ''We are extremely pleased to be able to team up with Mid States Realty, L.L.C. They are an experienced provider for restaurant funding and we look forward to partnering with them on our Dallas expansion.''
In addition to the above stated commitment Mid States Realty, L.L.C. will furnish additional capital for equipment purchases and finish out of new facilities.
Curtis A. Swanson, Chief Financial Officer stated: ''This development along with the previously announced funding measures positions us to expand the Street Talk Cafe concept at an increased rate of growth.''
Additionally the company announced today that it anticipates the conversion of its Colony facility from the Fresh'n Lite Cafe to the new Street Talk Cafe concept to be completed by early October.
Mr. Leonard further stated, ''With the opening of the Colony Street Talk Cafe the company will have a total of three new Street Talk Cafes open in the Dallas market and is achieving critical mass necessary for cost efficient broadcast advertising.''
