Be careful Tim. Bad news is often followed by more bad news. A key warning is the decision announced yesterday to cut 10% of the workforce. If the sales problems were a simple deferral from one quarter to the next, there would be no layoffs. Management must see the sales problems as long-term, with no immediate recovery. It doesn't make sense to cut staff today if the company will be needing those people in a few quarters from now.
