But, just to set the record straight, one day at work I was explaining to Craig another thing my hubby and I have in common was that we both always carried duct tape (in our car, on trips, etc. b/c you never know when it might come in handy)... hey, I'm an engineer, he's a building contractor....enough said... anyway... last year we took a train to Colorado to go Skiing (I hate to fly on vacations).....
Train broke down in the Middle of Nebraska, -10 degrees, and the Conductor was running back and forth looking for something. I finally asked what was up... and he said that some hose had busted... and that they were looking for some duct tape.... of course, Ken and I looked at each other.... grinned.... and said.... Why didn't you just ask...
Needless to say, telling a bunch of guys that you work with that you always have duct tape is not a good idea, for the obvious reason that you are going to get teased at work for the rest of your days...but, hey.... That's not the only time duct tape has saved my butt with broken down cars, etc....
