James: I just wanted to pass along this message: Andrx Corp. announced today that Rhone-Poulenc Rorer Pharmaceuticals, Inc. have agreed to dismiss the patent infringement lawsuit filed against Andrx filed in May 1996. The product involved is Dilicor XR, and now can be approved by FDA. Check any major news service for full article. I expect Cardizem to follow within six monthes, and maybe much sooner. Refer back to your message November 7th.
