I just saw TV coverage from a press conference with Clinton and Jeltsin. Jeltsin got a question what would happen if the PM wasn't elected by the duma, and gave a extremely slow, hesitant, and incomprehensible answer that made the journalists laugh out load. Clinton looked totally amazed and made a joke of it.

Jeltsin will (must) be replaced, question is by whom? Is it likely that Victor C. replaces him, and someone other becomes PM ?

Best regards,

Hans-Erik Eriksson
