I just spoke with Mr. Hirsch; he is buying the stock, forms have been filed; wcii has not put a concrete proposal on the table, no communicating going on. Hard to believe:16 to 2 in 2 months with no "bad news"!!! What a fool I am for even listening to someone mention "wireless telecommunications". Might as well have been roulette, russian style. I might add it is clear to me that the deterioration in russia will have a dramatic effect upon the company's prospects near-term.
