Steve never would I insult Christ. I merely am trying to insult you enough to make you look for the true Christ. Christ dwells in me. Jesus may have known the Christ in him which I wouldn't question. But Christ is a spirit not a human. It is the inner man in all men. The Apostle Paul never met or knew Jesus. He met a man in Christ, which was a metaphysical revelation from God. He preached a different gospel from the Roman authorized Peter as head of the state church. That's why he persecuted them. It never ceased and he had no use for Peter and the Roman church which tried to historicise Christ as human. Truth won so many converts that 200 years after his death his scriptures and letters were altered to fit in with the church dogma and added to the inspired books.

If you are dam determined to go by the bible alone, make a special study of Paul's teaching. A lot of the truths are still there.
He and Luke will tell you over a hundred times that God (Christ) dwells in us. Morals won't save anyone because they are not lost. The salvation that Christ brings is riddance of ignorance and replacing with wisdom. A wise man will work to improve himself rather than ask God to do it for him.

Your idiotic defense by accusations of spiritual disdainment is a flat out lie. And God did have mercy on me by revealing a portion of wisdom.
