Gary, fyi I was doing some evaluation on Dell mid-range server line and came up with the same 3 criteria you had in your post. I feel Dell will excel on all three items vs. their competition for the server line (Compaq and Sun), due mostly to the impending commoditization of the space brought forth by sql server and NT. For the rest of the Dell products, I dont know its a judgement call, however this pretty well sums up the challenges. Some of the bulls should read this post imo. Michelle
